Well, I haven't updated this blog in forever, due to the fact that I've been busy as hell with building machines, and the holidays and all, but as you can see my mill vise took a shit. Awesome. Gotta try to find a reasonably priced replacement quick!

Mike Green's Leather Jacket

Wow! This is a blast from the past. I used to live with this guy Mike Green in a warehouse on the far outskirts of Reno, in a town called Stead. We had built our own makeshift bathroom, and slept in ramshackle rooms we fabricated from 2x4's and sheets. This was the mid eighties, and there was a lot of crazy shit going on. I used to paint leather jackets for all the punk dudes that used to come in and out of there. I realized much later that this was kind of a precursor to my eventual tattooing career. I got ahold of Mike through Facebook, and he said that he had his jacket still, and that he would shoot some photos of it for me. So, here it is, Mike's Jacket.

I was on a skateboarding tour when the cops raided the place and took my car as evidence. Apparently the were some shady dealings going on in the warehouse. I can assure you, I had nothing to do with any alleged illegal activities, ha ha!

Tattooing Jackie

I put a nice girl on my friend Jackie Dunn. She's a hell of a tattooer, and a hell of a gal!

Finally a half a day off.

Finished Josh's scooter today, tried to put up a video, but I'm a moron. Hung out with my dog and relaxed. Now that the garage is free, I can get back to building machines.

I get to tattoo my dear friend Jackie Dunn tomorrow,  I'll post  pictures when it's done.

It was pretty cold and rainy, but we got the engine together, and in the bike. The neighbors bitched, so we had to wrap it up. This thing is gonna be fast!

Apparently People Care About What Other Folks Do......Who Knew?

After tattooing my internet savvy friend Dan, I was informed that having a blog was a good idea. He went on to let me know that people spend time on things like this, keeping tabs on people they find interesting. I am not interesting, nor internet savvy, but I'll take his word for it, as I don't want to be the old dude with an 8-track player as his sole way to listen to music.
